These policies are in place to ensure that I can provide dedicated, unrushed care to every client while keeping the Glossi schedule running smoothly. I truly value your time as much as my own, and these guidelines help protect my small business while keeping appointment times available for everyone.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW:

A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations, late rescheduling requests, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of any deposits or booking fees. Appointments booked without a deposit will be charged 50% of the total cost of all services booked.

LATE:

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I will always try to make it work. If I am unable to complete your full service(s), you are still responsible for 100% of the cost (Example: you arrive 15 minutes late for a 60-minute facial - your facial will only be 45 minutes, and you are still responsible for the full service amount.)

BOOKING:

A card our card will only be charged if the cancellation policy is violated
